About Me

Hi! My name is Katherina, more commonly known as Kat. I am the artist and manager behind the “Kattakind” brand.

I have been drawing since I was a child, but seriously considered making art my career when I was about 16. Back then, my art was mostly Warrior Cats and dragons that I posted to my deviantArt. Those early echoes can still be seen in a lot of my art today.

When I am not working on personal illustrations or attending conventions, I work in the animation industry as a 3D Rigger. I have worked on titles like:

Nowadays I like to combine the skills I need to learn for my 3D rigging job (creature anatomy) with my illustrations that I mostly create offline (watercolour or other traditional media).
